Why should I consider outsourcing my Project Safety Positions?

-  Savings both direct and indirect is the bottom line.  At G&G we will locate the best qualified Safety Professionals per your company requirements.   We then jointly interview to ensure we have the "right fit".  Once hired they are an employee of G&G but taking directions from your organization.  This allows you to save on hiring fees, fringe benefit savings and ensure the "right person" has been hired.  If not, let us know and we will replace the individual immediately.  No 90 day probation, retraining, writing up and documenting of a bad hire.  When project is over, no lay-offs or having your unemployment impacted.  When you hire G&G you are not getting one Safety Professional, but rather a Team of Professionals with many years of experience in which your designated Safety Professional will have access too.

What is the process of setting up services or training?

- Send us an email of what services you are in need of or what specific training is needed and we will forward a proposal to you.  Once you agree on the proposal, we will forward our Terms & Conditions (T&C) which will require signature.  Once we have a signed T&C, we setup the services immediately.

What kind of Training does G&G Offer?

-  At G&G we offer various training topics in both English and Spanish.  Topics include:  OSHA 10/30 hour Construction Outreach, HAZWOPER 40 hour & 8 hour Refresher, 1st Aid/CPR/AED certifications, Sexual Harassment Training for Supervisors, Forklift Certification, Competent Person Training in Fall Protection, Scaffolding and Trench/Excavation, Accident Investigation Procedures, Asbestos/Silica Awareness Training, Supervisory Training for Accident Reduction Techniques, Heat Stress Prevention and many more topics.
